I want to remember that when I look down I see this:
And that I no longer look like that:
And no matter what size I am, it is really just all about this:
If I could help one person in the whole world next year, it would be her:
What are you goals for 2012?
Hi Amber,
ReplyDeleteLove your post of the frames you posted in expressing your past, present and future.
I wish you a beautiful BFC/FT year with yourself and family!
Peace,
E
I don't have any specific goals, but like you, I'm going to continue focusing on doing what I'm already doing...eating healthy, including killing my sweet tooth, which I've already made considerable progress with.
ReplyDeleteI hope your sister can figure out what she wants for herself, and it's wonderful that she has you for support. Well, she has us for support also, if she wants it.
Very cool post, Amber! What a great way to think about your priorities!

ReplyDeleteThis was very creative and very straight forward! Very good resolutions! I think I posted on Dawn's blog that my resolution is to find more things to do outside of my home that don't involve spending money or eating. Both of which would be huge accomplishments for me!
ReplyDeleteGreat blog!
This is one of my favorite posts of yours.
ReplyDeleteIt's important to remember the whys-and not just the 'hows'

ReplyDeleteHi Amber,
ReplyDeleteI'm ready to toast the New Year with the BFC! I've been following your blog for a few weeks now and am motivated to start the New Year with a healthy attitude. I'll be tracking my S/C numbers every day and can't wait to get started!
Happy New Year!
Hi Amber,

I like this! Your boys are gorgeous Amber!
ReplyDeleteThe minute I read the part about refraining from thinking about things like DORITOS, I just knew I had to share this link:

Doritos will also epitomize my pre-BFC days. Now, raw popcorn and kale chips are my bag:-)
in my home and have always cooked for how and what the family likes to eat so when I switch to this way of eating, how do you feed the family? How do you do it?
