Giveaway: Belly Fat Cure Fast Track Book

I thought it would be really fun to do a giveaway for the new Belly Fat Cure Fast Track book! This book has been a long time in the making, or so it seems to me. I am really excited and completely honored to be featured in the book and hopefully inspire someone else.

There are some great previews of the plan via Jorge Cruise's website and Google Books, in case you want to learn more or just can't wait to get started. You can also check out all the posts I've written about the Fast Track over the last year HERE.

I will use Random.org to choose a winner on Monday morning Sept. 19th. The book will be shipped directly from Amazon to you at my expense.

I wanted to also share Jorge's video from the Yates family who talk about their experience on the Fast Track. They are also featured in the book and are a really cool family who all did it together!

  1. I did buy the kindle version today, but like you wouldn't mind having both. That is so nice of you to do have this giveaway. I can't wait to see you in the book. You're famous!!! My weight loss goal is to lose 47 more pounds. I am not setting any records, but lost 6 1/2 so far. Nothing like your losses, but I would venture to guess I haven't been as strict as you either. Working on that though! It's a process to say the least.

    I have to thank you also for losing the last 5 pounds a year ago when you put together a Fast Track 30 day month.

    I met Laurie via online and she is a cool buddy thanks to your suggestion of reaching out to a bfc/ft buddy.

    I actually use the Fast Track daily. I find myself eating 1 or 2 meals without grains but I also do add a few grains here and there at least 3x week. I mix it all up and it's a good way for me to maintain my weight!

    I even add a few fruits and when I win the book I am dying to see what other fruit ideas are in store for us.

    Well, my goal is to continue on maintaining and staying close to all my BFC/FT buddies.

  6. Ooh! Ooh! I'm in!!

    I have quite a bit to lose, so I have an intermediate and a long term goal. I'm at 225 right now. My intermediate goal is 200lbs and the long term is 150lbs. I'm down 18.4lbs so far!

    Yours was the first blog I found when I was looking for other on the BFC and it's been invaluable! Thanks for keeping it up for all us newbies!

    And, btw, WAY TO GO! Your picture in the preview was AMAZING! You look great! :)

  8. I want to fit into my size 12 pants/shorts/skirts comfortably! I think it's probably 15 lbs or so...could do more, but have never been able to maintain it. Thanks for the chance!

    I love this plan because of how healthy and energetic I feel. I have two toddlers, so I need A LOT of energy. Jorge's first book has really opened my eyes (Die evil sugar - DIE!!). I've only lost a few pounds (I wanted to lose about 20-25 total), but my husband has definitely put on more pounds then he needs, especially around the belly! I want to do the Fast Track with him, so he sees fast results and is encouraged to stick to it.

    I've hit a bit of a speed bump and I sure could use this book to push through to continue my weight loss. I've lost 35 lbs, but would like to lose between 28-38 lbs more.

  28. I need to lose 60 to 70 lbs. I had a hysterectomy 16 months ago, and I quit smoking at the same time. (Long story, but I almost died - that did it for me and smoking)! I am so unhappy with my body, and I feel that this is a lifestyle that I can live with. I will like you on facebook!
