Merry Christmas on a Diet

This is my 2nd Christmas on the Belly Fat Cure and I am so excited and pleased with my progress. This is the first holiday season in years that I haven't been upset by my weight and embarrassed by our family holiday photo.

A little advice for my BFC friends for the next two weeks is to keep your goal in mind. Don't let cravings get the best of you and remember to fill up on proteins and green veggies. If you do that, I promise you will be less tempted by all the sweets. If you do give in, don't beat yourself up! Remember it is a process and start the next meal/day fresh. (Don't try and eat less the next day to make up for the overeating, remember on the BFC it is all about the sugar/carbs you intake in one sitting that matter)

  1. Merry Christmas, Amber! I'm back on Weight Watchers but following many BFC guidelines too. Giving in to a little sugar after being off for so long was a BIG mistake. Lesson learned. Happy New Year! You look amazing!

  4. Happy Holidays, Amber. Great photo and you look fantastic! I'm with Carbzilla back on WW but trying to keep my BFC guidelines, limit sugar/carbs, eat my protein and veggies. I apparently need to pay someone to lose weight! :-) Thanks for all of your inspiration this year. Looking forward to more in 2011.

  5. Thank you so much for your great information and inspiring story. I didn't have too much weight to lose but I didn't seem to be able to do it. This diet (or rather way of living) seems to do the trick. I have lost 5 lbs in 4 weeks. Bonnie
