I think tracking my food intake has been one of my keys to success on the Belly Fat Cure. For the first three months I entered pretty much everything I ate. I would look at my numbers at night to determine if I had room for Dark Chocolate or another snack. And when my weight wasn't moving as fast, I looked back over my week to see where I had gone wrong. I have made the tracker available to my Sister who has just start the BFC, so I wanted to make it available here for you all to use also. Click on the button and follow the directions below.
How to use the tracker: It was created in Google Spreadsheets, which is online and you will need a Google account to use it. The pros of this is that you can access it anywhere (any computer or from a smartphone). To do that choose File: Make A Copy. You need to be logged into a Google Account to do this.
Want to add the Me & Jorge BFC Tracker to your iPhone? See my video instructions here. You must do the above step first, saving the spreadsheet to your own Google Account first. Otherwise it will say "Read Only".
If you prefer to use Excel, choose File: Download As: Excel. It should work just fine, but I havent really tested it there in a while.
Once you get started, please take a look a the Sample Day TAB at the bottom to get a feel for how to use the tracker. You will only need to enter info in the MEAL and FOOD INTAKE columns for each week, everything else will be calculated for you. The foods I eat are already entered in the LOOKUP TABLES tab. You will need to adjust this for the foods and brands you eat. Calorieking.com is a great resource when looking up the values for entry in the LOOKUP TABLE. This information is very important, and the food name must exactly match the LOOKUP TABLE and your FOOD INTAKE or else you will get an error.

You need to print it and fill in the ovals and Jorge's team moves it around all the time, so the link may not work for long.
