Coaching for Women Over 40 with Jorge Cruise

There is a lot going on in the Belly Fat Cure world this week! Jorge is all over Facebook and offering up a new coaching class, similar to the one I took, but specifically for women over 40. I'd love to see which of my readers signed up or chose not too. I'm just curious! I may be part of the class as a mentor, I'll let you know what happens with that. But I am not an employee of his, nor am I paid at all by him. The new class price is just under $400 for 6 weeks of coaching and another offer for $97 to get only the menus.

If you would like to meet an Accountability Buddy, which I found super helpful (Meet my buddy Dave here) you can use the comments section below to do that. Either put in your email or if your Google/Blogger profile is setup that way, they can contact you through there.

ps. I have a big announcement on Monday, so be sure and check back!

  4. I'm with Karen. Have been spending quite a bit just getting the products that I want to try on BFC diet and currently not working. SOOOOO have been really reading online discussions board on Facebook and love your blog! Even though I am not losing that quickly, I don't want to stop this way of eating. That has NEVER happened to me before. I just hope by summer I can see a difference.

  5. Hi Amber,

I have gotten the emails too about the Over 40 program. Can't believe it & I feel ripped but oh, well. First time, shame on you (Jorge) I'm not falling for it this time.

Thrilled to see your sister is doing this and having success.

It would be interesting to know what (if anything) those who are participating in this new round of "Belly Fat" are getting that is new.

  7. Hi Amber...I took the same program you did and have absolutely no regrets.
Would have spent waay more than 400.00 for a therapist to get me to kick the food habits I had! I did sign up for the for the menu part of the program. Would have like to do the whole thing but knowing Jorge we will get our moneys worth. Menus are what I kept asking for so I am a happy camper.
Did not have great success for a while but it seems to be getting better.I am 78 years old so I cant expect miracles. But,I do feel marvelous.Best money I ever spent.

  8. I have signed up for the menu part. I did the 7 day challenge and only lost 3.5. I was really hoping for more. I followed it to a tee, but hey...at least it is some loss. I am determined to stick with it, just wish I was seeing bigger results. I have been on BFC for 5 weeks and only lost 9lbs. Need to loose 30. Excited to get the new plan this week. Thanks, Susie

  9. I'm glad you clarified that you are not an employee (which would be fine if you were as long as you disclosed it). When I first saw your blog I was sure you were paid by him. I did sign up for his new program and consider it win-win if I lose weight and he makes money. Isn't that how the diet business works?

  10. Hi I could use some advice ASAP. Got your email 9 spots open. However, I will need your input before embarking.
I am 69, obese, (serious injuries nearly 17 yrs ago and substandard medical care. You know how medicare and supplement goes. Well, more surgery in 2 weeks March 24. Total LKR . Dr says it is going to be hard for me. I do have type 2 diabetes. going to take alternative supplements that will reduce blood sugars. Try at least. I also have sleep apnea, hypertension controlled with meds, allergies. I am kind of concerned about having the surgery but the pain is too much 2yrs now. Will I be able to use the coaching during recovery, (if i make it)? Exercises I cannot do. Water warm therapy I have had but none nearby. Knee exercises I will have to do like it or not. Just would like to know if the basic coaching would help for now. or your suggestions. TY
